01Who we are

OpenMontage is an independent service available at https://openmontage.lol. You can reach us at support@openmontage.lol for any privacy question or request.

02What we collect

We collect only what is required to authenticate you, run your subscription and operate the service.

• Account data: your name, email address, avatar URL and Google account identifier, received from Google when you sign in.
• Billing data: the plan you bought, its status and refresh dates, plus order and invoice records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Usage data: production credits consumed, generations requested and the timestamps of those events.
• Technical data: IP address, language and a limited set of device and browser signals used for security, rate limiting and support.

03What we do not collect

Your footage, project files, briefs, scripts and renders stay on your machine when you run the desktop board or a local harness. Project artifacts are only transmitted when you explicitly ask the hosted service to generate an asset, and then only the material required for that single generation.

04How we use it

Account and billing data keep your subscription working and let us answer support requests. Usage data powers the credit ledger, abuse prevention and refunds for failed generations. Technical data protects the service and helps diagnose faults.

05Sharing

We share data with the processors that make the service work: Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and delivery. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

06Retention

Account records live as long as your account does. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Logs are kept for a short operational window and then dropped.

07Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it. Write to support@openmontage.lol and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to some processing or to lodge a complaint with your local authority.

08Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies. Payment pages are served by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own cookie policy.

09Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
